Resident records and stay flow
Resident data, stay history, admission, reservations, absences and important changes are kept in one place. This helps both office staff and care teams work with a clearer, shared picture.

MójDPS was created as a practical tool for work inside a facility, not as a catalogue of features written in the language of software marketing. What matters most is that staff, coordinators and management can see the same situation more clearly: who the resident is, what stage the stay is in, what has already been done, what is still missing and which risks require attention.
That is why the system does not focus on just one fragment of work. It brings together resident data, the course of the stay, observations, care plans, documents, billing and reporting. This reduces the number of places where information has to be searched for and limits situations in which knowledge about an important event survives only in spoken handover or in a private note.
In practice, this order makes the biggest difference. The team does not have to assemble the full picture of a resident’s situation from several tools, spreadsheets and messages. It becomes easier to return to the resident’s history, review the chain of events, prepare for a conversation with the family, complete documentation or hand over a shift without the risk that something important will be missed.
This matters not only to people working directly with residents. Management benefits as well, because it can more quickly see whether documents are complete, where organisational gaps exist, which areas require attention and what the real state of work in the facility looks like.
This page is not meant to be a marketing list of slogans. Its role is to show a potential client which parts of facility work MójDPS already covers today, where it creates the greatest order and which elements form an ordered foundation for further development in later stages.
Resident data, stay history, admission, reservations, absences and important changes are kept in one place. This helps both office staff and care teams work with a clearer, shared picture.
The team can work with structured care notes, observations, incidents and tasks. This makes it easier to see what has already been done and what still needs attention.
The system supports care plans, goals, diet, mobility and medication or treatment schedules. This is especially important where many small daily tasks overlap across shifts.
MójDPS supports documents, consent records, attachments and signatures together with their lifecycle: retention policies, review, archiving, restoration and invalidation. The exact scope and policies depend on each rollout configuration.
Key financial information can be linked directly to the resident stay and documentation. This creates a more coherent picture and reduces the need to search through several unrelated tools.
General, stay-related and care-related reports help management and shift teams see the facility more clearly. Structured handover is especially important because that is where key details are most often lost.
MójDPS also supports external access. Families and residents can use their own portals with access adapted to their role and to the way the facility works.
Reports, documents and work history kept in one system help management review available information and notice areas that require completion. MójDPS supports organisational supervision but does not replace facility procedures or a formal completeness assessment.
MójDPS does not end with the first rollout. A well-ordered core of resident, stay, care and documentation creates the base for later integrations, additional reports, portal growth and the areas important for long-term formal management.
MójDPS links core resident data with qualification, place reservation and the stay record. The exact admission workflow should be confirmed during the demo and matched to the facility’s procedures.
MójDPS keeps absences and stay status changes with the resident record, making it easier to return to earlier events. The recorded history depends on the process and can be reviewed during the demo.
This is one of the areas planned for further development. The goal is to bring visits, outings and leave passes into a clear structure so the facility can keep order beyond care and stay documentation alone.
MójDPS is being built to open up sensibly to integrations with other tools in later stages. The aim is not to add connections for their own sake, but to build on a stable internal order of data and processes.
