What MójDPS costs

Subscriptions start at PLN 249 net per month for one facility and up to 30 active residents. The Minimum plan covers records only; it is not a complete production setup for a care facility. For private 24-hour care, the recommended scope starts with Standard at PLN 449 net per month. A Polish social care home requires at least Opieka Plus at PLN 599 net per month, including shift reporting.

Implementation starts at PLN 1,490 net and includes a discovery review, configuration of the agreed scope, a data preparation template, administrator onboarding and launch support. Historical data migration is quoted after its format and quality have been reviewed.

Ready-made plan or custom scope

You can select one of four plans or build a custom scope. The calculator observes dependencies and the minimum scope of the selected facility profile, adding the areas required for the selected modules to work correctly.

Pilot before a full launch

A 30-day pilot costs PLN 1,490 net. If implementation is ordered within 30 days of the pilot summary, the pilot fee is credited towards the implementation charge. The final offer confirms the facility profile, resident volume, migration, modules, timing and responsibilities.

What the subscription includes and what the final offer confirms

The catalogue price covers use of the modules in the selected scope, operation of the agreed instance, product updates and security fixes, and access to user materials. Support terms, backup frequency and retention, restoration testing and the export format are confirmed in the final offer and contract. Until then, the calculator provides an indicative price rather than an unlimited service commitment.

What standard implementation includes

• a process meeting of up to 90 minutes,
• instance creation and basic configuration,
• a roles and permissions workshop,
• configuration of the selected plan,
• two remote training sessions of 90 minutes each,
• an acceptance checklist and an agreed decision on a pilot or further launch.

Historical migration and data cleaning, integrations, custom reports, feature development, hardware and local IT, on-site training, travel and paid external channels such as SMS are quoted separately.
