A conversation about MójDPS should begin with the facility’s daily work, not with a feature catalogue.
At the start it is worth going through a few simple questions: how resident-related work looks today, where information is most often lost, how documentation is handled and what management actually needs. Only against that background does it become clear which parts of the system should be implemented first.

45 minutes and up to three workflows
The demo uses synthetic data. We select no more than three workflows in advance so the meeting concerns facility work rather than an unfocused tour of screens.
Who should attend
Invite a decision-maker and a staff member who knows the selected workflow. Local IT can join when the discussion covers infrastructure, accounts or migration.
What follows the meeting
We summarise the facility profile, indicative plan, unresolved dependencies and a sensible next step: no further action, a limited pilot or preparation of an implementation scope.
